Hospital Niño Jesús
In 2013, funds raised from the film Maktub, written and directed by Paco Arango, made it possible to renovate the bone marrow transplant unit of the Hospital Niño Jesús de Madrid, which was renamed the Maktub Center.
Today, the center is the standard-bearer in the field, with the latest cutting-edge technology and the best conditions to ensure isolation. Around 50 bone marrow transplants are performed there each year.
